Our Legacy & Community

About BCCL Alumni Association

Connecting retired executives, former personnel, and institutional stakeholders to foster community engagement, share industry expertise, and manage post-retirement welfare.

Mission Statement

Our Core Mission & Values

The BCCL Alumni Association was established with the vision of creating a lifelong community of former executives and personnel who have dedicated their careers to building India's core steel and mining sectors.

Our primary goal is to ensure that the invaluable experience of our retired workforce continues to guide the industry through structured mentorship, while simultaneously providing robust welfare support for our members during their retirement.

Honouring the Legacy

The foundational growth of India's core steel sector rests heavily on the hard work of BCCL's former engineers, miners, and administrators. We proudly acknowledge this legacy of working through tough geological terrains and complex underground fires to ensure national energy security.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

Retired personnel represent a massive repository of technical mining knowledge. We serve as a forum where seniors pass down institutional wisdom regarding sustainable mining practices, eco-restoration, and modern safety protocols to current executives.

Welfare & Superannuation Support

BCCL hosts structured support networks ensuring that ex-employees smoothly transition into retirement. This includes processing terminal dues on superannuation, running the CPRMS-NE scheme, and coordinating social get-togethers to maintain lifelong bonds.
